With almost four decades in real estate management, Bob has spent over 33 years managing properties for Hallmark & Johnson, managing some properties for over decades. He supervises a portfolio which consists of 1400 units of Condominiums and Homeowner Associations, rental properties and co-ops, as well advises various owner operated boards for the properties and assists in sale of units and properties. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University, is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and maintains the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the national Institute of Real Estate Management. Bob is a lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area and loves to coach his two son’s baseball and basketball teams.
