Genevieve brings 23 years of property management experience to the H&J team. A valued property manager at Hallmark & Johnson for 16 years, Genevieve supervises a diverse portfolio, which consists of Rentals, Condominiums, Homeowner Associations, Townhome and Cooperatives. She is responsible for over 1200 units; managing some properties for over decades. Genevieve is familiar with condominium law and proficient in working one-on-one with property owners and condominium Boards, as well as assisting in sales, negotiating contracts and budget advisory. Genevieve is a Chicagoland native, wife and mother to her sons. Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Marian University, is a Licensed Managing Broker and a Licensed Community Association Manager.
